1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Astro Tatva Technologies ("Astro Tatva"). By accessing or using our website, digital platform, AI assistant, or purchasing our subscription services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Astrological & Guidance Disclaimer

Astro Tatva provides Vedic astrology calculations, ephemeris data, Chaldean numerology insights, and AI-driven chart summaries for personal reflection, cultural study, and educational exploration.

Important Notice: Astrology and numerology interpretations are subjective. Nothing on this website constitutes professional medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions, life choices, or actions taken based on chart interpretations.

3. User Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate and verifiable information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@astrotatva.com of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

All payments on Astro Tatva are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.

Recurring Subscriptions: Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your user dashboard.
Credit Packs & One-time Purchases: Credit packs for AI chats and downloadable PDF reports are non-transferable and credited immediately upon payment confirmation.
Taxes: All listed prices are inclusive or clearly state applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software algorithms, chart rendering canvases, source code, website design, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Astro Tatva Technologies and are protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, proceeding, or claim arising out of or related to our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
