1. Cancellation Policy

At Astro Tatva, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You may cancel your Pro or Premium recurring subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard under Subscription & Billing.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the subsequent billing period. You will continue to retain full access to Pro features, profile slots, and credits until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility for Digital Services

Because Astro Tatva provides digital content, real-time computational services, and downloadable PDF reports that are provisioned instantaneously, the following refund guidelines apply:

• Technical Failures / Double Billing: If your bank account or payment method was debited multiple times due to a network glitch, or if a payment was successful but the platform failed to activate your subscription/credits within 24 hours, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
• Initial Subscription Requests: If you are dissatisfied with the service and submit a request within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase without having extensively utilized credits, our support team will review your case for a full or pro-rated refund.
• Generated PDF Reports: Completed natal chart PDF reports and customized numerology downloads are non-refundable once generated, unless an ephemeris calculation defect is proven.
